League Two leaders Wycombe have signed free agent Matt Richards in a deal that will keep him at the club until the end of the season.The midfielder was released by Championship side Derby earlier this month and has penned a deal to stay at Adams Park until the end of the season with an option for a further year.

Manager Peter Taylor told the club's official website: "After Matt was released by Derby he started to train with us and he has played a couple of reserve games.

"I wanted him to come on board and I will take a good look at him between now and the end of the season."
