Simon Grayson is ready to bolster Leeds' shaky defence following their 10th League One defeat of the season against Carlisle on Saturday.Grayson put Leeds' 2-0 loss to the Cumbrians - their fourth home defeat of the campaign - down to individual defensive errors and is hoping to solve the problem during the January transfer window.
Grayson said: "There are two ways of tackling the problem. The players have to take on board what you are telling them and work harder on the training ground or you replace them.
"Based on this performance I will be concentrating on strengthening the defence, but the job is no harder than I thought it was going to be when I took it."
Grayson added: "We had some good chances and didn't take them and we made some poor individual errors in our box.
"We can't keep conceding goals and expect to win games by coming from behind, so if we don't eradicate those defensive problems it will be a long, hard season."
