Luton manager Mick Harford could hand a belated debut to striker Ian Henderson in the rescheduled fixture at Chester on Tuesday evening. The 23-year-old targetman will be hoping to start after penning a deal at Kenilworth Road following his release by League One outfit Northampton.
Henderson could take his place in attack alongside Kevin Gallen or Tom Craddock, while Ed Asafu-Adjaye will return to the squad following his groin injury.
But the Hatters will be without midfielder Kevin Nicholls and defender George Pilkington (both knee).
Midfielder Matthew Spring is also unavailable for selection following his move to Charlton.
The initial League Two clash at the Deva Stadium was postponed due to a frozen pitch, meaning the Hatters have yet to play their first game of 2009.
