MK Dons threw away a three-goal lead as Shrewsbury stormed back to earn a share of the spoils in a six-goal thriller at New Meadow.

Jemal Johnson and Sean O'Hanlon both wasted good chances before Dons tore Shrewsbury apart with three goals in eight minutes.

Mark Wright beat Glyn Garner from distance in the 32nd minute and when Johnson hit the crossbar moments later, Kevin Gallen was quickest to the ball to tap home.

Wright added Dons' third in the 40th minute, but on the stroke of half-time a Kelvin Langmead header from a corner made it 3-1.

In the second half, Dons were a shadow of their dazzling first 45-minute display and a well-worked goal from James Constable in the 70th minute set-up a dramatic finish.

And in injury-time Constable volleyed home an equaliser. There was still time for Keith Andrews to fire a shot narrowly wide, while at the other end Willy Gueret denied Constable yet again.
