Mark Allen became the sixth man to qualify for the winners' group of the Championship League with a clinical performance at Crondon Park, Essex.
The Northern Irish potter qualified for the play-offs with a group equalling best 4-2 record and then did not drop a single frame as he whitewashed both Joe Swail and Peter Ebdon in the knockout stage.
He first beat Swail 3-0 in the semi-finals despite the match being devoid of any big breaks and then did the same to Ebdon in the final with breaks of 69 and 56 setting him on his way before a tight decider.
He joins Stephen Maguire, John Higgins, Judd Trump, Marco Fu and Neil Robertson in the winners' group with one place still up for decision.
Ding Junhui, Steve Davis, Michael Holt, Jamie Cope, Swail, Mark Williams and Ebdon will fight for that final spot on March 22/23.
Barry Hawkins and Stuart Bingham were both relegated after their performances in group six.
The winners' group will take place on March 24/25.
Final
Mark Allen 3-0 Peter Ebdon
Semi-finals
Mark Allen 3-0 Joe Swail
Peter Ebdon 3-1 Mark Williams
