Paul Holland will remain in temporary charge for Mansfield's trip to Bradford on Saturday while the search for a new manager continues.Assistant under former boss Billy Dearden, Holland has made no secret of his desire to land the role on a permanent basis and took charge as the second-from-bottom Stags produced an encouraging performance in Tuesday night's 1-0 defeat to Hereford.
Chief executive Stephen Booth told the club's official website on Wednesday morning: "The search and selection for a new manager is continuing. We hope to conduct interviews over the next 48 hours.
"Regardless of the outcome, Paul Holland will remain in temporary charge for the away match versus Bradford on Saturday.
"I was very pleased with the level of commitment, skill and passion shown for our players. I was disappointed that we lost, but with a little more luck we could have obtained a result."
