Robins rollicks rubbish Rotherham

Wed 12 Mar, 03:30 PM

Rotherham manager Mark Robins blasted his misfiring team as they slumped to a 3-0 defeat at Bury and says their display was "hard to accept'.Two goals from leading scorer Andy Bishop and a further strike from midfielder Nicky Adams did the damage for the Shakers as The Millers crashed to defeat.

"It's hard to accept that level of performance," moaned Robins.

"The buck stops with me, but we didn't have the same commitment and desire as Bury.

"It's a very sad indictment on our situation at the moment. It's a difficult situation for everyone, I've just given them a rollicking in the changing room.

"It's time for the players to start looking in the mirror - and to stand up and be counted. We're in danger of throwing a great season away. That was a very, very poor performance from us."
