Nottingham Forest manager Colin Calderwood has revealed he is hopeful of completing a signing soon as he looks to bolster his troops.Fresh from their promotion the Reds have been linked with a handful of players, and although Calderwood refused to comment on the identity of his targets, he did admit a list had been drawn up and that he is looking to "move things swiftly on".

He told the club's official website: "Ideally if we could get who we are after in the immediate, it would be a great situation and would give everyone in the city another boost, adding to the mood of euphoria that surrounds our promotion.

"We want to make the squad look as though it will be strong in the next division and hopefully we will conclude something soon."
