Norwich striker Kris Renton could be handed a professional contract after returning from his badly broken leg.Renton, 17, became the youngest player in the club's history last season but suffered a double break to his left leg last October and has not played since.
Manager Glenn Roeder told the Pink'Un: "He's running around the training ground at the moment. I've seen him in the last couple of weeks. He's a big, strong lad.
"After having a double fracture he's carrying a little bit of a limp at the moment, which is to be expected, but I'm looking forward to seeing him in pre-season and I hope we can make an early decision about offering him a pro contract."
