HOW IT WORKS

Drivers and riders can only score points by finishing on the podium.

Win = 10pts

Second = 6pts

Third = 3pts

Points are then divided by the number of races to leave an average score.

For Tier 1 events, the average is the final score.

For Tier 2 events, the average is multiplied by 0.8 to find the final score.

TIER 1 EVENTS: Formula 1, WRC, WTCC, Nascar, IRL, MotoGP, World Superbikes.

TIER 2 EVENTS: IRC, BTCC, 250cc, 125cc, World Supersport, British Superbikes.

  1. Ummm.... No. Kyke has already won on two road courses this year in two different classes.

  2. Who is Kyle Busch? Is he one of those guys who only goes round in anticlockwise circles?

    From jas_0702, on Tue 15 Jul 4:18PM
  3. Kyle Should now have a 4.3 using his Cup points only.
    7 Wins, 1 second and 2 thirds = 86 Divide by 19 Events = 4.3 average.
    In the Busch/NWS series
    5 Wins 3 seconds and 1 third = 71 Divide by 19 Events = 3.7 average.
    In Truck series
    2 Wins 2 seconds 0 thirds = 32 Divide by 8 Events = 4.0 average.

    I concede that the Truck and Busch/NWS series are second tier, but his points still deserve a mention.

  4. Lewis Ham's dad should be in the list :))

  5. Yea my bad Philliec, I left a comment assuming NASCAR would not be in tier 1 on the list. Don't get me wrong, I like the characters in NASCAR but it always seems like controversy makes all the headlines after the weekend and not racing.

  11. NASCAR isn't included on the list. You should get Kyle Busch to join a racing series that isn't controlled by yellow flags.

    From Kevin, on Mon 2 Jun 8:32PM
  12. *number crunching later*

    Okay, by your formula there, Kyle Busch SHOULD be up there. He has an average rating of 4.0.
    40 points for his four victories, 6 for his second and another 6 for his pair of thirds.

    From philliec, on Mon 2 Jun 7:43PM
  13. No Kyle Busch?

    Your having a laugh!
