Hibernian striker Steven Fletcher is ready to snub a summer move to Celtic if the Barclays Premier League comes calling.
Fletcher was denied a January switch to Parkhead when Hibs rejected a bid for the newly-crowned Clydesdale Bank Young Player of the Season.
He said: "I want to further my career, so if it's a good club and I think it's the right place to go I'll sit down and have a think about it."
He continued: "If it doesn't happen, I'll be a Hibs player for another year, but we'll wait and see. My main aim is to go and play down south, I've always said that.
"Even when Celtic came in for me earlier in the year, I told everyone my first aim was to see if I could play down south.
"I wouldn't turn down big moves to big clubs, but I'd rather go down and play in the best league in the world.
"You watch it on TV every week and it's the best league in the world.
"If someone gave me the opportunity, I would definitely take it."
