Chester owner Stephen Vaughan has confirmed the club are hopeful of signing Bradford striker Eddie Johnson and Yeovil midfielder Anthony Barry.The duo have both been offered two-year deals at the Deva Stadium and Vaughan is confident of completing a double swoop.
"We've offered them both terms and it is the best we can put forward," Vaughan told the Chester Chronicle. "Hopefully they'll accept."
Johnson, 23, started his career as a trainee at Manchester United before moves to Coventry and Crewe, while Barry previously played at Coventry and Accrington.
