Andranik Heads For Fulham

Thu 12 Jun, 03:09 PM

Roy Hodgson's rebuilding programme at Fulham continued with the signing of Iranian defensive midfielder Andranik Teymourian on a free transfer from Bolton.

The Cottagers boss - who masterminded a remarkable escape from relegation following his appointment in December - promised a string of new faces before the start of a season in which he intends to establish Fulham as a mid-table side after two years fighting the drop.

Andranik, 25, who has nine international caps, joined Wanderers in 2006 and featured in their UEFA Cup run last season. He has signed a two-year deal with Fulham.
