Eurosport blogger Mark Selby answers your questions and reveals who he would most like to play a frame of snooker against.
Theman_who asked: Hello Mark, over the last six months I started to play pool at my local pool hall and I don't have my own cue yet so I choose among very different cues. So I would like to ask if the weight of the cue affects my game and if so, how can I choose the cue with the right weight for me?
Mark Selby: It really is a matter of preference. You probably find yourself picking up certain cues at the club and then putting other ones down. What feels better for you, a heavy one or a lighter one? My snooker cue would be considered reasonably light - it is 17.5 to 18 ounces, but I remember hearing that Jimmy White's cue was 22-23 ounces so that gives you an idea of the difference you can have. My pool cue would be a similar weight to my snooker cue but I use a smaller tip for pool.
Ana_dancing_butterfly asked: I'm 17 years old and I was wondering if it is too late to start practising now? What's the best age to start practising snooker?
MS: Obviously the younger you start playing the better, but age really is no barrier in snooker. Look at Steve Davis - he is in his 50s and still a top player. I know some players who are around 18 and pushing for a place on the main tour despite having only started to play when they were 14. The key thing is that it doesn't matter what age you are as long as you are playing for enjoyment's sake.
Vesmar2001 asked: What do you want to achieve by the end of your career? Do you want to coach young players when you retire?
MS: My main aim is just to achieve everything I'm capable of. Basically, I want to win tournaments and the World Championship is the biggest of them all. To win the World Championship once is the main aim and if I ever achieve that then I will review my goals again. I'm not sure if I will go into coaching but I definitely want to stay in the sport in some way once I retire.
Illugluspegill asked: How important do you think physical shape is for a snooker player?
MS: I think it is important - especially for the longer tournaments like the UK Championship and the World Championship. You spend a lot of time out on the table and if you are physically in good shape it helps you to stay mentally strong too.
Aonach28 asked: Have you played a frame of snooker with any really famous people outside of the sport and if not who would you like to play a frame against?
MS: Other than other snooker players I have not played anyone famous. If I could choose to play a frame against anyone I would pick either Tiger Woods or Roger Federer.

I'm good at potting potatoes my best pot was king edwards.
Thank you Mark!!!
The cue I pick is very light too, I think it helps my maintain my stance and have a relaxed cue action.
Congratulations again for the 147 and I hope you win the WSC next year!!!
