Rotherham manager Mark Robins is waiting for Michael Boulding to decide on a contract offer, amid interest from Grimsby and Lincoln.Boulding has been training with the Millers this week as he looks to secure a return to the Football League after Mansfield's relegation last season.
League Two rivals Grimsby and Lincoln have also shown an interest in the striker, who scored 25 goals last term.
Grimsby boss Alan Buckley confirmed earlier in the week that a deal for Boulding was "not dead", although he was looking at another forward.
Buckley's Rotherham counterpart Robins has now revealed he is waiting for the 32-year-old to reach a decision on his future.
Robins told the Rotherham Advertiser: "Michael is still considering his options and there's a contract on the table for him if he decides to join us."
