Real Madrid full-back Michel Salgado claims he is considering an offer from ambitious Championship outfit Queens Park Rangers.Reports have suggested that the west London club have made an ambitious bid to sign the 32-year-old.

QPR's joint-owner Flavio Briatore has reportedly travelled to Spain with a view to discussing a deal with Salgado.

The experienced defender could be allowed to leave Real for a nominal fee before the start of the new season.

He says he has received an offer from QPR, but is yet to decide whether he wants to move to Loftus Road.

"The offer is true, but until this moment nothing has been decided," said Salgado in the Daily Star.

"The project is attractive and personally I've always dreamed of playing in English football.

"It is necessary to speak about many things because I still have a deal with Real Madrid and I will have to see what they want."
