Germany's Jan Ullrich has won a court ruling entitling him to 340,000 euros (£285,000) in back pay after testifying he did not take drugs.
The former Tour de France winner was accused of cheating when riding for Team Coast from January to March 2003.
"The truth won out," he told the SID news agency.
Ullrich, who has always denied doping, was withdrawn before the 2006 Tour after being linked with a Spanish doping investigation.
He retired the following year.

Anyone who says this is proof that Ullrich is clean must be mad, see the related article Ullrich pays to end fraud case.
Please read the important bit of the piece before hailing the return of Ullrich, and proclaiming him whiter then white.
JANUARY 2003 TO MARCH 2003!!! so he didn't dope for 3 months in 03, great, but what about the reasons he retired in 06/07? If you read a more in depth report of the court case you will see there are still big questions to be answered. I would love to see him make a comeback, but neither he or the UCI will ever let it happen
Back on ur bike now nd have one last shot at the tour.......back to the gud ol days of Ulle vs Armstrong!!(Except with ullrich winning!!)
Nice one Ullrich - Now get back on your bike and stick 2 fingers up to the world and win the TdF
good for him, such a shame he retired too soon. no chance he will return, however judging by the pic. he does look in pretty good shape, even better than he looked in the off season when he raced.
Real pleased to see this has happened for him. He made mistakes in the past and the press and the rest would not leave him alone. Now he can retire knowing his reputation is intact. Only hope the rest of the pelaton can learn by this and keep clean.
Maybe he will come back to take on Armstrong! Now that would be interesting, but probably not much of a contest.
gd 2 c he didnt take drugs:)
