Fri 12 Dec, 01:30 PM

Barnsley boss Simon Davey will hand a late fitness test to midfielder Anderson De Silva ahead of the Championship visit to Wolves on Saturday. The Brazilian missed the midweek draw at Swansea with a gashed ankle, but will be given every chance to prove his fitness.

Mounir El Haimour filled the void on Tuesday night and is again on stand-by.

But defender Rob Kozluk is still out with a thigh strain, winger Martin Devaney is sidelined with an ankle injury and midfielder Diego Leon continues to struggle with a hamstring problem.

Centre-half Darren Moore has returned to light training following a lengthy groin injury, but will not be ready for the Wolves game.

Jon Macken, on-loan Jamie Cureton, Kayode Odejayi and Michael Coulson are all vying for starting places up front in the absence of Iain Hume (fractured skull).
