A hat-trick of penalty corners from Reading's Richard Mantell gave Great Britain a 5-1 win over Canada in the tri-nations tournament in South Africa.
After yesterday's 2-2 draw with the hosts in Durban, Mantell's club-mate Jonty Clarke opened the scoring with a reverse-stick shot from the top of the circle in the 23rd minute.
Five minutes after half-time, Mantell scored the first of his low drag-flicks - and although Ranjeev Deol pulled one back for Canada, two more Mantell set-pieces put GB 4-1 up with seven minutes to go.
With five seconds left on the clock, former Cannock midfielder Barry Middleton dived full-length to score his 15th goal on his 51st appearance for Great Britain.
The men's team are preparing for an Olympic qualifier in Chile in March - while Britain's women, who have already secured a place for Beijing, drew 2-2 in a one-off Test match in Spain.
Olton & West Warwicks' Lucilla Wright gave them an eighth-minute lead, and Bowdon Hightown's Jo Ellis scored a second five minutes later.
However, two goals from Silvia Munoz in the last 10 minutes snatched a draw for the hosts.
