Millwall boss Kenny Jackett insists his side can beat the drop after a 2-1 win against 10-man Southend fired them out of the relegation zone.Shrimpers midfielder Nick Bailey gave the visitors a shock lead after 10 minutes before Gary Alexander headed home Martin's corner on the stroke of half-time.
Former Crystal Palace midfielder Martin then powered home his first for the club before tempers flared with Damian Scannell seeing red just seconds after coming on as a substitute.
"I have always felt we have good players capable of doing well and getting the club out of the situation we are in," said Jackett.
