Wycombe boss Paul Lambert is stepping up his efforts in the loan market after seeing his squad "stretched" by injury and suspension. The Chairboys are in fine form and face fellow promotion hopefuls Hereford on Saturday but Lambert has acknowledged that he needs help.
He said: "We're getting pretty stretched. We need to bring in reinforcements.
"Perhaps people will now realise why we signed Neil Lennon - you never know what's around the corner in football.
"We've got nine games to play and we're in a great position, but we need help. It would be foolish to throw away all our hard work now."
