Leyton Orient boss Martin Ling feels the confidence has returned to his play-off chasing side after they finally got back to winning ways.The Os had suffered three consecutive 1-0 defeats at Brisbane Road to dent their promotion bid, but they will head to Millwall on Saturday with a renewed sense of belief after beating Swindon 2-1 at home on Tuesday night.

"Confidence is a big thing in football and when you lose games, especially at home, that drains from the players," said Ling.

"But we had people there who turned the game around when we weren't in a good position and it's important to have that in your dressing room."
