Lincoln caretaker-manager Iffy Onuora has warned Dany N'Guessan it is now or never if he is to fulfil his undoubted potential.Onuora, in charge as Peter Jackson undergoes treatment for throat cancer, has challenged the enigmatic French midfielder to silence his critics.

"The very best players have the technical ability, but it's allied to a good mental attitude as well," Onuora told the Lincolnshire Echo.

"You look at Dany, or someone like him, and you know he has all this ability, but if the player does not have the desire to put in a performance week in, week out, then he will always fall short of his potential.

"If we are not careful, players like Dany will finish their career and will start to think about the player he should have turned into, but it will be too late. You've got to do it now."
