Thu 13 Mar, 06:30 PM

Rochdale chairman Chris Dunphy is urging the Dale fans to create an intimidating atmosphere when Accrington visit Spotland at the weekend.Dale are just five points adrift of the League One play-offs but have three games in hand on most of their play-off rivals.

With only five home games left his season, Dunphy is reducing ticket prices for the main stand at Spotland on Saturday and he hopes the fans turn out in force to boost the team's promotion push.

"We are looking to create a better atmosphere at Spotland," he told the club's official website.

"If we are to achieve our goals this season we know that we have to win our home games.

"Our supporters can play a very big part in that by creating an intimidating atmosphere."
