Swansea manager Roberto Martinez paid tribute to his players after they secured promotion with a club-record points haul at Gillingham.Dennis Oli had given the struggling Gills the lead only for Bauza to strike twice in the space of a minute before the break.
The win sees Swansea set a new club record of 86 points and Martinez is now setting his sights on securing the title - five years after they had to win on the last day to avoid relegation to the Conference.
He said: "Now we are aiming to push on and capture the title. We have waited 24 years for this and we have done it and done it in style.
"In 2003 the club could celebrate but for the wrong reasons when we avoided relegation but now we are celebrating for the right reasons.
"I can't put it into words how it feels but is something we deserve and we must remain focused to win the title."
