Tranmere Rovers striker Chris Greenacre admits he is dreading the prospect of reporting back for pre-season training in July.Greenacre was part of a Rovers squad which failed to reach the League One play-offs this term.

Ronnie Moore's squad report back for duty in July and Greenacre, 30, said: "I'll go on holiday and then start to focus on pre-season.

"I don't look forward to pre-season anyway, but I dread it here.

"It's the hardest pre-season I've done anywhere. The days are gone where you can come back two or three stone overweight."
