Yeovil will travel to The Valley to take on Championship side Charlton in their first-round clash in next season's Carling Cup.The tie will take place during the week commencing August 11.

The Glovers crashed out at the first hurdle in last season's competition when going down 4-1 at Hereford, while Charlton went out in the third round, losing 3-1 at Luton, after wins over Swindon and Stockport in rounds one and two.
