Cheltenham will travel to League One rivals Southend in the first round of the Carling Cup in a repeat of last year's draw.The Robins will be hoping for a better display than that of 12 months ago, when they slumped out of the tournament with a 4-1 defeat.
The sides drew both league encounters last term.
The tie will be played week commencing August 11.
