Barclays Premier League new-boys Burnley have provisionally arranged a pre-season friendly with Kilmarnock to kick-off their tour of Scotland.

The game against the Scottish Premier League side will take place at Rugby Park on Thursday August 6.

Owen Coyle`s troops will then travel to face his former club St Johnstone at McDiarmid Park on Saturday August 8.

Before that, the Clarets open their pre-season programme against Bradford at Valley Parade on Saturday July 11 and then head to the USA for a three-game tour before returning for trips to Accrington on July 28 and Leeds on August 1.
