Chester youngster James Owen has been called into the Wales Under-17 squad to face Turkey, Norway and Sweden in Sweden next week.Owen, who is yet to make his City debut, has already played for his country against England in the Victory Shield earlier this year.
Blues youth manager Mark Newman told the club's official website: "James came to me at Chester as an under-12 and has been a model player and very professional since day one.
"We are all delighted for him and hope he can continue learning and make the break through into the first team at the club in the near future."
