David Beckham believes Fabio Capello's dedication to football is second to none.
The 33-year-old former England captain has seen first hand the Italian's application, both with England and Real Madrid.
And Beckham has been impressed with the passion of Capello, who has also coached AC Milan, Roma and Juventus, and replaced Steve McClaren as England boss in December.
He told Spanish newspaper Marca: "He is passionate about football. He has a total dedication to this sport.
"I think he is one of the coaches who spends most time watching football, talking about football, analysing football - and this shows the passion that he feels for his work.
"He always wants the best for his team and for his players. Now that he is England coach I am sure that things are going to go well.
"He is an ambitious coach who only wants to win - and he is someone with a lot of success behind him."

I have to agree with the first comment that Beckham will do just about anything to be part of England's plans going forward. What he should realize is that he is head and shoulders ahead of any of his competition for the right winger slot in the England side. That will get him there on its own.
good comments from becks. he's a true professional :)
Its nice to hear someone being positive and supportive. Good on you becks. So much better than the professional knockers.
Sure Mr Capello will be very relieved to hear that Mr Beckham is very pleased with him. !! I must say !!
Very obvious "kiss @#$%" approach in order to secure a place on the England squad !! Very sad !!
