Blackpool manager Ian Holloway admits he has become bitterly frustrated by the ongoing transfer saga surrounding Rangers midfielder Charlie Adam.
The two clubs have agreed a £500,000 fee for the 23-year-old, who enjoyed a profitable loan spell at Bloomfield Road last season, but Holloway has yet to speak to the player.
"I've never known a situation like it. We have had a price agreed, but he and his agent have not come down to see us," Holloway told the Blackpool Gazette.
"I'm starting to think that is a bit rude, and maybe the writing is on the wall that he doesn't want to come, but at the minute it's sticking in my throat - I don't like that.
"What if he turns up tomorrow? Do I say: 'I don't want you?' I could put other irons in the fire, but on this one I want an answer yes or no and then move on."
