Rowan Vine will travel to Slovenia with the rest of the QPR squad despite the striker suffering a hamstring injury in the pre-season friendly win against Aldershot.

Vine came on at half-time at The Recreation Ground on Saturday only to be forced off after half-an-hour.

Rangers boss Jim Magilton told the club's official website: "It's a very slight hamstring strain.

"He will travel to Slovenia on Monday with the rest of the squad and we will monitor his progress.

"He will miss Wednesday's friendly (against NK Celje) but could be back for the match on Sunday (against NK Karlovac)."
