Plymouth Argyle have been handed a fitness boost after club captain Paul Wotton returned from injury in the reserves' 2-0 win at Exeter.Wotton, 30, was only supposed to play the first half, but also appeared after the break as he returns from a knee injury.
Strikers Rory Fallon and fit-again Nick Chadwick scored for Plymouth
Wotton said: "I am really pleased. I'm not kidding myself, I'm a long way short, but it was a first step. I felt really good at half time so I had another 10 minutes and I felt like I could have gone on for a bit longer."
