Paul Cooke has until Friday to decide whether to appeal against his lengthy suspension.

The Hull KR star was banned until March 17 by the Rugby Football League after being found guilty of making an illegal approach to Rovers while with city rivals Hull.

If he accepts the punishment Cooke will miss the first six games of the new engage Super League season.

His first game back could ironically be the Hull derby on Good Friday.
