Huntingdon have called a precautionary inspection for 9.30am ahead of this afternoon's meeting.
Temperatures dipped below freezing overnight but clerk of the course Fiona Needham is reasonably confident of the meeting going ahead.
She said: "Temperatures dropped a bit lower than forecast overnight, getting down to minus four, but we are very optimistic of going ahead.
"The temperature can drop off a little around dawn so the inspection is just to cover that really. I don't foresee any problems."
