Glasgow Warriors will have to cope with the threat posed by American sensation Takudzwa Ngwenya when the winger makes his Biarritz debut in Friday night's Heineken Cup clash.
The USA winger joined the French side last month, after catching the eye during the World Cup where his try against South Africa provided one of the tournament's highlights.
Warriors have made no changes to the side which beat Biarritz at Firhill on Sunday, as they prepare for arguably the biggest match in their history.
But they will have to be wary of the threat posed by 22-year-old Ngwenya, whose athletic ability has led to comparisons with legendary American sprinter Carl Lewis.
The Zimbabwe-born flyer reputedly has clocked 10.4 seconds for the 100metres, and turned down the chance to play in England's Guinness Premiership after his World Cup exploits because he preferred the French league's open style of play.
"I wanted to come to Europe but I didn't want to play in England," said Ngwenya.
"It's a game there which is based on the forwards and that doesn't suit me.
"Frankly I wanted to play in France, and once in France at Biarritz. I want to play in a game where the focus is on the backs."
Glasgow will be determined to keep the ball away from the French side's new boy as they seek another win to add to the 9-6 victory over Biarritz which took them to second in Pool Four, ahead of the French side.
Warriors head coach Sean Lineen has given a strong vote of confidence to the players who achieved the home win with his selection of the same starting XV.
He believes Glasgow can complete a famous double over the Top 14 side.
Lineen said: "Last weekend's result at home was fantastic, now the big challenge for this group of players is to achieve something very special against a big side on their home turf.
"The confidence of this squad is growing all the time as they continue to realise their potential against some of the best sides in Europe."
