Plymouth boss Paul Sturrock is determined to block the sale of key players Barry Hayles and David Norris to Leicester.
New Foxes boss Ian Holloway - who joined from Argyle in November - is reportedly keen to bring some of his former charges to the Walkers Stadium, but Sturrock will not let it happen.
"I think it's now time to draw a line through all this," Sturrock (pictured) told Argyle's website. "Unless the offer is unbelievable, no players will be going to Leicester.
"I feel politically the fanbase has to be listened to and I do feel that, at this juncture, we've got to try and settle our players down and let them understand where I'm coming from."
Hayles' current deal runs out in the summer, but the veteran former Fulham and Millwall striker is needed in the short-term and could even sign another deal, while Norris' deal expires in 2009 but will be offered new terms in January.
