Championship - Saint Dyer faces three months out

The highly-rated 20-year-old player has missed the last two games after sustaining the injury against Leicester and an initial scan has revealed tendon damage which would require an operation.
Dyer is to see a second specialist on Friday, but if the results are the same George Burley will lose one of his star performers of the season until March.
The news could also come as a blow to the money men at St Mary's, who have admitted they are likely to have to sell players in January.
South-coast rivals Portsmouth are reportedly keeping tabs on Dyer.
