Ian Poulter and Dustin Johnson held off a stern challenge from Darren Clarke and Graeme McDowell to win the Shark Shootout in Florida after an astonishing final day.
Both pairs smashed the magical 60 barrier at the Tiburon Golf Club with 13-under-par 59s.
Played under scramble rules - when the pairs choose which of their shots is best, and then both hit their next from that position - it was no surprise that the birdies were flying.
The final-round heroics left Johnson and Poulter on 30-under-par 186, two shots clear of Northern Ireland duo McDowell and Clarke.
Overnight leaders Jerry Kelly and Steve Stricker fired an eight-under-par 64 on the final day and shared third place with Chris Di Marco and Anthony Kim on 26-under-par.
Tournament host Greg Norman and his partner Matt Kuchar matched the final day 59 of the leading two pairs.
But a disappointing level par opening round had left them too much ground to make up as they finished ninth.
