Grayson: We're up for the challenge

Thu 14 Feb, 05:45 PM

Blackpool boss Simon Grayson insists his side will head to high-flying Championship rivals Ipswich in confident mood this weekend. The Seasiders will go to Portman Road unbeaten in their last three outings after victory against Leicester and draws with Hull and Wolves.

Ipswich lie sixth in the Championship after winning at Crystal Palace in midweek but Grayson insists his side are also a force to reckoned with.

"We've just taken five points from nine against Leicester, Hull and Wolves, and they're all big games," said Grayson.

"Ipswich got a good result against Crystal Palace but we proved against them here (Bloomfield Road) that we can compete with them.

"After that we're at home to Charlton so they're coming thick and fast, but we're up to the challenge and the lads are enjoying the challenge."
