Money could strengthen Saddlers

Thu 14 Feb, 01:15 PM

Richard Money has hinted he could strengthen his Walsall squad before the Saddlers' next league match at Swindon later this month.Walsall do not have a game on Saturday as it is FA Cup fifth round weekend and will not be back in action until they travel to the County Ground on February 23.

Football League clubs can only keep players signed on emergency loan deals for 93 days and bringing players in towards the end of this month would make them eligible to feature in the play-offs.

With this in mind, Money said: "We have been hanging on a little because of this 93-days rule.

"We would want them to be able to be with us should we be able to hang on, keep on going and remain in the play-offs."
