Leyton Orient's Stephen Purches has called on his side to learn from their recent dip in form if they are to maintain their promotion push. The Os are still clinging on to the coat-tails of the League One promotion chasers despite a five-game winless streak.
Martin Ling's side head to lowly Luton on Saturday before a big home clash with fellow play-off hopefuls Nottingham Forest, and Purches admits they are in need of a morale-boosting three points.
"It hasn't gone to plan in the last few games, so we need to all get together and make sure we learn from it," said Orient skipper Purches.
