Grimsby Supporters' Trust has acknowledged the club's "fantastic turnaround" in recent weeks. The Mariners, hovering above the relegation zone at Christmas, have closed to within five points of a play-off spot on the back of a 10-match unbeaten league run.
Grimsby Supporters' Trust chairman Dave Otter told the Grimsby Telegraph: "It's been a fantastic turnaround and credit must go to everyone at the club - the players, the manager and the board.
"Blundell Park is a better place to be.
"We're not yet playing great football every week, but we are so well organised and the players work so hard for each other that we're always going to be difficult to beat, and the fans realise that."
Alan Buckley's side are also two games away from a Wembley appearance after reaching the northern area final of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy against Morecambe.
