British Eurosport renews MotoGP deal
British Eurosport will continue to broadcast coverage of the MotoGP Championship after extending its rights agreement into the 2012 and 2013 seasons.
The renewal means that bike fans in the UK and Ireland can continue to enjoy the digital broadcaster’s live coverage of the practice and qualifying sessions from every Grand Prix weekend and the Moto2 and Moto3 races live.
The main MotoGP race will be broadcast on a same-day delayed basis with popular commentary duo Toby Moody and Julian Ryder on hand to guide viewers through all the thrills and spills.
The agreement reinforces British Eurosport’s position as the Home of Motorbikes, providing exclusive live coverage from every round of the Superbike World Championship and MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship in addition to extensive MotoGP action.

nought wrong with steve and charlie ,they are a fantastic duo ,superb interaction great in depth of what moto gp is all about , by far better than most give them credit for. rr
makes you wonder who will take tobys place, as he has signed up to do the btcc commentating,
That's great news! I'll be renewing my subscription to Eurosport player. My only gripe with the online player is that the stream keeps dropping when watching a live event. VOD is okay, but they don't show the BSB races.
Christmas has come again.Thank you for my present of Toby and Julien.Them knobheads on the BBC are dreadful
I can't wait for the BBc to kick moto gp to the Kerb ,when something else comes along they'll do just that
The two muppets on the bbc should be shot asap. They ruin the broadcast,Charlie Cox is about as funny as rabies.Mood and Ryder are by far the best.
peter well noticed i am a woman but i do actually know what i am talking about when it comes to motorbikes as i have been an instructor for the last 10 years teaching at tracks all over the world, any time you want to be shown how to ride a bike properly just ask
Brilliant news - except the bit about 'I love me' 'and I really love me' (a.k.a. Moody and Ryder). They are appalling, in contrast to Jamie Whitham, Jack Burnicle, James Haydon and tony Carter, who are all excellent. We watch all the practice seasons, then switch to BBC for the MotoGP races - Parrish and Cox have so much more to offer, as does the whole BBC presentation.
Moody and Ryder would be more acceptable if :-
Moody stops squealing like a demented tom cat being castrated.
And Ryder stop talking with a time delay between each word, just keep the words rolling out like any normal speeker Mr Ryder cos you sound a right pillock talking like you do. Just listen to any normal presenter, then listen to yourself, see how long it is before you get pi ssed off with the monotany and nod off to sleep
@jd redd i had the eurosport player last year and it really was unwatchable i kept complaining until i got a full refund , they kept saying it was my system couldn't receive the data stream quick enough but it only worked well on the hd player which works on delay the picture was like a pirated video from the 80's i seem to be able to receive bbc i player and 4 od fine so dont know whether their right or wrong
please get Witham and barnickle Bill from BSB and WSBK please ........at least they are not so fat they haven't ridden a bike .....
great news
looks like another season of Dani, Dani Dani, Casey, Casey Casey Dani, Casey, Casey, Dani, Jorge, Jorge ooooh i must mention lunch (free lunch) oh Spalders please say something technical as we are soo thick we need you to talk about the carbon airbox not working on the Ducati again and again and again and oh loookk there's Casey..... have you seen the 1800 frames a second sequence on youtube oh you must you must it is simply great ....
OMG not another season with these 2 Tw*ts banging on and on and on and on and on - bit like me on this rant.......
sorry
thank god they don't have the live coverage.julian and toby are retards
Does anyone know about watching motogp on eurosport player? a) is the commentary by moody and ryder as on tv? and b) is it shown live online or time delayed as on the tv channel???
:)
I watch stuff VOD on Eurosport, no commentary (great) and no adverts.
Open mikes so you get all the track audio, no problem following.
Try the ladies skiing, great action and ......stuff.
No news channels here so never know the result anyway.
@andyganley good call mr ryder an huewen were the perfect mix of serious and comedy mr huewan taking the micky and mr ryder putting him straight
The commentators cant be worse than the two northern nob-heads who do the WBS/BSB races(hey oop!)
another good combo was Julian with Keith Huewen back in the 90s/00s on second thoughts the two we have to endure on the Beeb are pretty rancid too.
Good news is they're showing MotoGP. Bad news is they will, as usual, interrupt it with too many annoying ad breaks. Makes Euorosport unwatchable for me. I'll stick with the Beeeb.
mr Toby Moody and Julian Ryder are the best in the sport it should go live ,glad to hear that both are doing keep up the good work
