Macclesfield manager Keith Alexander welcomes back defender Luke Dimech for the visit of Shrewsbury following his two-match suspension.Skipper Terry Dunfield overcame a calf injury to play the full 90 minutes of the 1-0 win at Dagenham on Tuesday and is set to keep his place in the starting line-up.

That victory was Alexander's first since taking charge of the club and he will be hoping for another good result as the Silkmen continue their battle to avoid relegation from League Two.

However, Alexander is set to be without Martin Gritton once again as the striker is still lacking match fitness after overcoming a hamstring injury.
