Oldham manager John Sheridan has an injury crisis ahead of his side's trip to Kenilworth Road to take on relegation-threatened Luton.Goalkeeper Mark Crossley is set to be on the sidelines for the next two weeks with a groin injury, leaving youngster Josh Bell as the Latics' only recognised goalkeeper.
However, Sheridan has signed 19-year-old keeper Richard O'Donnell on a seven-day emergency loan from Sheffield Wednesday and he is set to make his debut.
Oldham's injury problems worsened during the 2-0 win over Bournemouth on Tuesday with midfielder Mark Allott and defender Paul Black picking up hamstring strains in the warm-up that will keep them out of the trip.
Defender Neal Eardley and midfielder Chris Taylor are struggling with illness, although both hope to recover in time.
However Sheridan is still set to be without Andy Liddell (Achilles), David Livermore (hip), Craig Davies (hamstring) and Lee Hughes (groin). Midfielder Sean Gregan has recovered from his Achilles injury, but is lacking match fitness and the game is likely to come too soon for him.
