No new options for Cherries boss

Fri 14 Mar, 05:45 PM

Bournemouth manager Kevin Bond is unlikely to welcome any new faces back into the squad for Saturday's home encounter against Yeovil.Jo Tessem is still struggling with a back problem while striker Lee Bradbury is expected to miss out again with a viral infection.

Neil Young was passed fit to start Tuesday's defeat against Oldham but took a knock during the game and had to come off.

Speaking about his chances of making Saturday's game, Bond said: "Neil is struggling for the weekend and I wouldn't expect him to be fit. He's in the hands of the physio and that's the best place for him as if he can do anything to get him fit for Saturday he will."

Bond hopes to to extend the emergency loan of Cardiff goalkeeper David Forde from Cardiff in order for him to face the Glovers as first and second choice goalkeepers Neil Moss (wrist) and Gareth Stewart (broken leg) are still sidelined leaving youngster Ryan Pryce as the only other available stopper.

Russ Perrett remains short of fitness, Ryan Garry (shin), Darren Anderton (hamstring) and Steve Foley (back) remain out of action.
