Rangers have been drawn against Sporting Lisbon, who knocked out Premier League strugglers Bolton, in the quarter-finals of the UEFA Cup.The Glasgow giants, the solitary British representatives in the last eight, will face the Portuguese club at Ibrox on April 3 before travelling for the return leg on April 10.

Should they win their tie against Sporting, Rangers would take on either Fiorentina or PSV Eindhoven in the semi-finals.

UEFA Cup draws: Quarter-finals: 1 Bayer Leverkusen v Zenit St Petersburg, 2 Rangers v Sporting Lisbon, 3 Bayern Munich v Getafe, 4 Fiorentina v PSV Eindhoven. First legs will be played on April 3 with the returns on April 10.

Semi-finals: Winners QF 3 v Winners QF 1, Winners QF 2 v Winners QF 4. First legs will be played on April 24 with the returns on May 1.
