Fri 14 Mar, 01:00 PM

Charlton boss Alan Pardew has selection dilemmas up front as he prepares to take his faltering side to Ipswich in the Championship on Saturday.Pardew, who has used no fewer then eight strikers this season, saw Andy Gray and Leroy Lita draw a blank in the defeat at Burnley on Tuesday, while Luke Varney and Chris Iwelumo came on as second-half substitutes to no avail.

Fellow forwards Svetoslav Todorov, Chris Dickson and Izale Mcleod are all missing with long-term knee injuries.

Ben Thatcher came through his first game since August following knee surgery and should keep his place, while Zheng Zhi will push for a recall in midfield.

Matt Holland and Darren Ambrose will retain their places against their former club, but Lloyd Sam (hamstring) and Madjid Bougherra (foot) are still out.
